Account Manager (Retail) Central London

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work within our established team, managing our client’s printed marketing campaigns. We require someone with excellent presentation and communications skills to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our client’s internal marketing team.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on delivering consistently high levels of customer service, complementing our existing team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important.

We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing and production process, from creation of the brief through to distribution. As such, the role will be very hands-on, requiring you to create and manage many different elements of our client’s requirements.

The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, quickly becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from client to our head office production facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa.

While detailed technical support will be provided from our production facility, a good technical understanding of the print production process, including litho and digital production, would be very advantageous.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), based in central London. You will also be required to visit our head office in Mansfield regularly.
