Account/Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced person to manage Point of Sale Display projects across multiple retail and brand accounts. Working predominantly from our head office in Mansfield, this is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (with a flexible approach required to meet the demands of working on a busy retail account). You will be responsible for taking the creative and technical specifications of a project. Initially this will be from our Account Director but as your customer relationship develops, you will be encouraged to work directly with key stakeholders when appropriate. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Your primary objective is to understand, interpret and transition our customer’s requirements into excellent point of sale display solutions; from creative concept through to manufacture and delivery. You will brief requirements into our internal studio and our manufacturing teams – preparing quotations, creating critical paths, project tracking and co-ordinating with our supply chain will be part and parcel of everyday life. We require someone to work well under pressure, maintaining high levels of accuracy when managing multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be accomplished in creative brief taking and have a strong background in semi-permanent point of sale display solutions including 2D and 3D print production. A good understanding of materials and basic structural engineering is advantageous.
